Part of a healthy lifestyle is a healthy eating habit. If you’re as busy as I am, you’re likely not home most of the day, so you take your meals with you. I used to be that person who always seemed to have at least 3 or 4 bags with me; my purse, gym bag, lunch box, and any food that didn’t fit into my lunch box. Until now.

I have wanted a 6 Pack Bag for quite some time, and after I started training with Lauren for a body building competition, I decided it was time for me to quit being the “bag lady” and consolidate some of my items.

The 6 Pack Bags Asana Yoga Tote is not only really cute with it’s ruffles, but it’s totally functional, too!

Tafetta nylon keeps it pretty clean, and the ruffles add a uniquely feminine look to it.

The interior of the bag is really roomy, giving you lots of options for use. You could use this bag as a laptop bag, gym bag, or simply a purse.

I personally was able to consolidate not only my purse and lunch into one bag. But because it’s so roomy, it literally fits all the meals I need to take with me throughout the day. You could easily use it to pack your gym clothes and yoga mat as well.

The interior includes two open side pockets, and a zip-up pocket to hold your smaller, easy to misplace items. Like keys, wallet, or headphones.

As if the bag wasn’t cute enough, it’s functional too! The bag features an insulated compartment to store your food. It comes with two containers and ice packs, as well as a pill box. The ice packs and insulated compartment keeps my food cool for over 8 hours. When you’re out and about all day, this is a God-send! (Note my bag is usually kept at my desk, so the food might not stay as cool if you’re in the sun all day, especially since it’s a black bag).

The food compartment is also removable to make more space for personal belongings in the main compartment. I did this when I used the tote as a carry-on for my international trip to Israel.

On the outside, there’s a zip-up pocket on the opposite side of the food compartment. The ruffles hide the zipper, which I like for privacy and security.

Straps to carry a yoga mat can be hidden within their respective zippered pockets. The pockets are deep enough to also hold your keys and the pill box. I typically use it for that reason since I don’t carry a yoga mat. You could also use the straps for holding a sweater or jacket, though!

The purse can get heavy carrying my meals, bible, notebook and laptop. But it’s comfortable to carry around and the straps stay on my shoulders.

I can only say one negative thing if you use it for a gym bag; it’s lack of a bottle holder (like a water bottle or shaker bottle). Especially considering it’s a health-lifestyle product. For me, I use it as a purse and carry a 56oz bottle that wouldn’t fit in any bottle compartment anyway. So that aspect doesn’t really bother me.

The bag is super cute, it’s super comfortable, super functional, and I absolutely love it!
